Opening and taking orders

Enter your float to open, seat a table and send orders to the kitchen.

Steps

1. 1

   Open register

   In "Register → Open register", enter the float you put in the drawer and tap "Open".

   Seat a table

   On "Floor", tap an empty table, choose the party size and how they found us (optional), and tap "Seat N and order".

   Choose items

   Pick dishes by category. If an item has options, choose them and tap "Add to order". You can also "Search items" by name.

4. 4

   Send the order

   Tap "Send N items" and the order ticket prints on the assigned printer.

5. 5

   Additional orders

   Tap an occupied table to open its order, then add items and send in the same way.

Tips

• Orders from table pads, handy and QR ordering are automatically added to the same table.
• To move or merge tables, tap the table and choose "Move / merge".
