Getting started
- How it all worksThe flow of running your restaurant with REDレジ, from download to closing, and when to use each of the four device types.
- Download and sign upInstall the app, register your shop with an email address, and start using it as a register.
- Menu and tablesAdd categories and menu items (prices, photos, print destination) and your tables (areas and table numbers).
- Printer setupAdd printers on the same Wi-Fi, route order tickets, drinks and receipts, and print a test page.
- Downloading the appUse the QR code shown on the register to install the app on staff phones and other devices. You can also print or share it.
Daily operations
- Opening and taking ordersEnter your float to open, seat a table and send orders to the kitchen.
- CheckoutTake payment by cash, card or QR payment; separate checks and even splits; receipts and re-settling.
- Register reports and closingCheck sales during the day (inspection), finalize sales (settlement) and count the cash to close the register.
