QR ordering

Guests scan the QR code on the table with their smartphone and order. No app installation needed.

Steps

1. 1

   Create table QR codes

   In "Settings → Table QR codes", choose a template and tables and tap "Create". Print them as L-size photo prints at a convenience store, or as an A4 PDF on your own printer.

   Place them on the tables

   Put the printed QR code on each table.

   Guests order

   Guests scan it with their smartphone camera, choose items in the browser and tap "Place this order".

   Confirm at the register

   The order goes straight onto that table at the register and the ticket prints in the kitchen. Handy devices are notified too. Payment is taken at the register.

Tips

• If the table hasn't been seated yet, the guest's screen shows that the table is being prepared and staff are called.
