Handy

Staff take table orders on their own smartphones and record clock-in and clock-out.

Device: iPhone / Android

Steps

1. 1

   Set it up as a handy

   Install REDレジ on the staff member's smartphone, log in and choose "Handy" on the terminal screen.

2. 2

   Clock in

   Press and hold "Clock in" to record it. Breaks and clocking out are on the same screen.

3. 3

   Take table orders

   Choose a table under "Seat", choose items and tap "Review & send". The order ticket prints in the kitchen.

4. 4

   Check alerts

   Staff calls, QR orders and dishes that are ready arrive in "Alerts".

• Add staff accounts in "Settings → Staff".
