Printer setup

Add printers on the same Wi-Fi, route order tickets, drinks and receipts, and print a test page.

Steps

1. 1

   Search for printers

   Open "Settings → Printer settings" to search for printers on the same Wi-Fi. If none is found, use "Enter IP manually".

2. 2

   Add and choose a purpose

   Tap "Add" on a printer, enter a display name, choose its purpose (Order ticket / Drink bar / Receipt / Formal receipt / Guest check) and save.

   Test print

   Tap "Test" to check that it prints.

4. 4

   Match the menu's print destination

   To separate kitchen and drinks, set each category's "Print to" to the matching printer.

5. 5

   Cash drawer

   If a cash drawer is connected to the receipt printer, turn on "Cash drawer". It opens automatically for cash payments and cash in / out.

Tips

• Connect the iPad and the printers to the same Wi-Fi network.
• If the printer is installed upside down, turn on "Upside-down".
