You can start REDレジ with just the iPhone or iPad you already have, and add hardware when you need it. Buy devices yourself from the maker, Amazon or other stores and connect them in the app, or order them from us.

Minimal
Just your own phone or tablet. For small shops and food trucks that don't print receipts.
Payments: Take cash or use your own card terminal, then record the payment method at checkout.
Standard
RecommendedUse an iPad as the register and add a receipt printer and cash drawer. Enough for most restaurants.

Place an iPad or Android tablet on the table for ordering. Ordering by QR code on customers' own phones needs no hardware.

Receipt and ticket printer
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, wired LAN and USB. Prints mixed Japanese and Chinese. Bluetooth connects to only one device at a time, so use Wi-Fi or wired LAN to print from several devices.
Kitchen/drink printer (TM-m30III-H)
Automatic ticket routing
Order tickets are routed to the kitchen, drinks and so on by menu category. Wired LAN is recommended in the kitchen.

Connecting in the app
- 1Turn on the printer and connect it to the shop Wi-Fi or wired LAN (for Bluetooth, pair it with the register device).
- 2In the app menu, open “Printer settings”, then search and add it.
- 3Choose its use (receipts, kitchen, etc.) and run a test print.
- 4The cash drawer only needs to be connected to the printer — no extra setup.
